Business Development Manager

Careers with Business Continuity 360  has developed a Business Continuity Auditing tool and is looking to provide services to a diverse client base locally and globally.  Business Continuity 360 – Business Development Manager’s focus is to understand the customer, their people, values and processes to ensure they can leverage a set of auditing tools. Furthermore, we are looking for a BDM that will be able to understand the technical aspects of the software as well as develop a great relationship with customers. Assisting companies to create or review their Business Continuity Plan is a rewarding experience.

Business Continuity 360 (BC360) follows the Good Practice Guide that enables organisations to undertake various audits using our cloud-based tool. Furthermore, we also offer consulting services through BC360 or Data Cube. With this in mind, we can undertake the audit on your behalf. It is especially attractive for organisations that do not have internal ICT skillsets.

This is a brand new role, working closely with the Principal and development team. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously by shaping and driving your own business development plan through new and existing relationships, whilst also being supported by strong technical and client engagement leaders.

Business Development Manager reports to the Principal and will include but not be limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Firstly, the generation of new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, pipeline qualification and management from SMEs to Enterprise level
  • Secondly to  leverage existing customers that currently sit within the groups CRM for other services
  • Thirdly by developing a market map and business strategy aligned with WA’s direction to present to the Principal
  • Lastly by taking ownership and working autonomously for WA prospects with an option to expand nationally

We are looking for an individual who is a committed self-starter with a drive to succeed and the ability to follow company principles and policy that will lead to that success.


  • Must have experience in IT managed services, selling software as a service.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets within Technology, particularly within solution sales, would be preferred
  • Must be willing to work in a team environment and take full ownership and accountability.
  • Strong network is desirable with an ability to articulate this through track record
  • Strong retention within the previous working history
